Returns & Refunds
We really hope you love your order — everything at Tyler Aromatherapy is made in small batches by hand, which means slight variations in colour or scent may naturally occur. It’s part of what makes each piece feel unique.
But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind?
If you’ve changed your mind, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on unused items returned in their original packaging. Just let us know within 14 days of receiving your order, and send the item back to us within another 14 days.
Please note:
We’re a small business and unfortunately can’t cover return postage costs for unwanted items.
Bath & Body Products
Due to hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on any bath and body products - such as bath salts or body oils - if they’ve been opened or the seal has been broken.
If they’re completely unused and sealed, you’re welcome to return them in line with the policy above.
Faulty or Damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@tyleraromatherapy.com as soon as possible — ideally with a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund straight away and cover any return postage where needed.
