The Yin and Yang collection is designed to balance your mood. Yin and Yang work in harmony, at times you may need the calmness and soothing nature of Yin. Other times you may crave the energy and rejuvenation of Yang. This set includes: 

The Yin Scent: A luxurious ‘spa’ soothing scent. Lavender, Sandalwood, Jasmine and Cypress essential oils. 250ml candle, 40 hour burn time.When inhaled, this dreamy blend works it's up to the emotional brain and triggers hormonal responses that calm nerves and anxiety. The Yang Scent: An uplifting citrusy woods scent. wild Orange, Juniper, Rosemary and Cedarwood essential oils. 250ml candle, 40 hour burn time. When inhaled, this uplifting blend works its way up the emotional brain and triggers hormonal responses that reduce fatigue and improve brain focus. Rosemary essential oil has been known for many years as a 'memory aid'. Several studies have found that rosemary significantly improves the quality of memories and mental alertness. If you are in need of an instant citrus hit to leave you refreshed, alert, and uplifted, the yang blend is for you. 

The Vessel: Each ceramic pot is handthrown by the amazing Ffion at Studio14Pottery, in a gorgeous cream glaze to represent the calm of Yin, and a vibrant green glaze to represent the energy of Yang. Approx size 8cm H x 7cm W. Each candle is gift boxed and makes a wonderful self care gift.
