When are boxes delivered?
Subscription boxes are dispatched the next working day after each billing date:
March 23rd, June 23rd, September 23rd, and December 23rd—right as the seasons change.

Can I purchase a one-off box?
Unfortunately not. Due to the limited nature of each drop and the high number of people on the waitlist, it’s just not feasible to offer one-off purchases. Each box is designed for our subscriber community only.

Is there a set number of products inside each box?
Usually, you'll receive three full-size products. Occasionally, if a higher-value item is included (like a premium oil blend or large candle), the box may contain two thoughtfully curated pieces. Either way, you’ll always receive £50+ worth of product.
